Tenants are required to:
- Give an honest and truthful account of themselves during the application
process.
- Pay a reasonable rent in accordance with market conditions as and
when it becomes due.
- Not withhold rent for any reason without prior written permission
from the Landlord or the Agent.
- Lodge a deposit to be held against any damage or cleaning required
during or at the end of the Tenancy.
- Be responsible for taking over and paying for the utility accounts,
the Council Tax and the TV Licence.
- Not to alter the property in any way without prior written permission
from the Landlord or the Agent.
- Respect and care for the Landlord's property, fixtures and
fittings.
- Not sublet or allow occupation of the property by any unauthorised
persons without prior written permission from the Landlord
or the Agent.
- Not to use the property for any purpose other than as private
residential accommodation.
- Report any defects to the Landlord immediately they become
apparent. At the end of the Tenancy leave the property
in the same state
of cleanliness as at the start.
- Observe all the terms of the Tenancy Agreement.
